Heritage Dinner 2025
It is with great pleasure that Les Dames d'Escoffier Philadelphia announces our Outstanding In Her Field award winners: Lisa Calvo, Valerie Erwin, and Melissa McGrath, who will be fêted at the Les Dames d’Escoffier Heritage Dinner 2025. The event will be held at Bartram’s Garden on Sunday, September 28th, 2025.

Sweet Amalia Farm Tour
Visit Sweet Amalia oyster farm and learn about their sustainable farming methods, oyster biology and ecology, and the maritime history of Southern New Jersey from owner, Lisa Calvo. The tour will include an oyster tasting and a shucking lesson.

A Night To Support Chinatown
A celebration of Philly's Chinatown during Lunar New Year to welcome the Year of the Snake and raise funds for the community preservation efforts of Asian Americans United.
The inaugural event is set for February 3, 2025 and will be hosted by James Beard Award winner Ellen Yin at High Street Philadelphia. Food will be served at 6 stations, each with a featured chef from Chinatown including Emei’s Yongcheng Zhao, Vietnam Restuarant’s Benny Lai, and more. Tickets also come with a drink from sponsors Love City Brewing or Riboli Family Wines. There will be a full bar available with cocktails for purchase.

Taste of the Delaware River Valley is a celebration of the agricultural history and bounty of bucolic Bucks and Hunterdon Counties. Fed by the beloved Delaware River, the eclectic host of river towns boast a rich cultural and culinary scene that has beckoned the likes of Julia Child, Oscar Hammerstein, and countless creatives over the decades. During this half-day event, participants will have the opportunity to visit two local farms with exclusive access, and then enjoy a very special farm-to-table meal featuring ingredients from the area at the new River House at Odette’s.
